Currently no but we had a meeting with them and there was a verbal preliminary approval. It’s a SIPS product and it’s an approved building product.

Our focus is building them but we also sell kits and we are in talks with local builders to use the product.
The cost of the material is higher but the building time is at least 50% faster. This by far offsets the higher cost of materials.
Depending on the model anywhere from 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. With most of the build being completed in the factory this saves a lot of time. As we scale up this will be faster.
Yes the manufacturer has a design person on staff. All plans are also stamped by an Engineer that is licensed in the state of Hawaii.
Plans will need final review by a licensed Hawaii architect.
